FPL Paneorder.com mini-league GW12 preview: Head-to-head

The Rubbish Rover have won six of their eleven games this season but it’s still no surprise to see them as underdogs for their twelve appearance this Gameweek.

Matt Grillo’s side have not won their last two games, against Goalen XI, Hong Kong, without earning any great respect. The team themselves have clearly not been that impressed, either, as they quite often kept Alex McCarthy to rotate after making a decent start and set him as a first-choice auto-substitute Goalkeeper.

Similarly Mulder Lam’s side have made a 2-3 start in first five gameweeks but can’t claim to have achieved a great deal as all two of their wins were against teams from the hapless pre-wildcard squad.

Also, all five of their six defeats were by double-figure margins.

Both teams are more feared for their defences than their offences and backing an over-50 total looks the best on the game.

A fifth straight 60+ FPL points leaves Leo’s Holland Style fifth, thirty points ahead Rich’s Moneyball in 14th.

Goalen XI move up to 39thwith 610 points.

Key stats of Goalen XI

– Captain Salah (8 times in last 11 Gameweeks)

– They have won two of their last five games against Rubbish Rovers.

– Five of teams’ last six meetings have gone over the combined total 101 points line.

Lam reports that JWP trained before Man Utd game in Gameweek 10. Indeed, he delivered his goal and assist. But Paneorder still continue to monitor his fitness.
