Paneorder says an appealing run of fixtures means now could be the time to move for fit-again Man City playmaker
Paneorder is tipping one player to produce big points in Gameweek 23 of Fantasy Premier League.

The Manchester City midfielder recovered from injury to make his first home appearance of the season in the previous Gameweek.
De Bruyne started the game and played seventy minutes in a 3-1 home win over Burnley.
And having proved his fitness, he is now pushing for his first start in their away match of the campaign against Brentford.
The Belgian’s recent displays highlighted his Fantasy potential in an injury-hit 2023/24.
De Bruyne produced attacking returns in two of Man City’s final two matches of the season.
His goal and two assists during that run helped him average 6.7 points per match in his tenth FPL campaign.
The underlying numbers from this season too show the importance of De Bruyne to Pep Guardiola’s attack.
Although he was limited to 3 appearances due to his injury, his total of 4 bonus points in last two Gameweeks ranked first for Man City.
Favourable fixtures
Having missed the Man City’s 18 matches of 2023/24 since his injury in Gameweek 1.
That marks him out as a go-to captain ahead of a very promising run of opponents for Man City.
According to Fixture Difficulty Ratings (FDR), only one of their next seven matches scored more than three, including the double Gameweek 25.
De Bruyne can take advantage of the schedule, rewarding investors with goals and assists from Gameweek 23 onwards.
