Paneorder on why Chelsea winger is a big alternative to team-mate Raheem Sterling

The Englishman has returned to top form ahead of travelling to Molineux Stadium this weekend.
Palmer faces the Wolves having scored in six, provided four assists and earned 69 points since Gameweek 7 this campaign.
Cole Palmer extended his best-ever start to a Fantasy Premier League season with a goal and an assist against Sheffield United.
The Chelsea star has now delivered four assists in 2023/24, bettering his total of only one assist from the previous campaign.
There are two key reasons for his big improvement.
Palmer has been handed a new role up front this term after his transfer from Manchester City in last summer, while he has also taken over penalty duties (2023/24 conversions: 4 attempts and 4goals) for the Blues.
Listed as a midfielder in FPL, Palmer is the sixth top goal-scoring player in that category with a total of 6 goals, just 5 behind the leader Mohamed Salah (13.2m).
Indeed, he has averaged a goal every 162 minutes, quicker than any other team-mate who has scored more than once this season.
Favourable fixtures
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are now set to embark on a long-term schedule that looks very promising for their key players.
They face just two of the current top-four sides in their next 8 fixtures, facing Liverpool in Gameweek 22 and Manchester City in Gameweek 25.
Chelsea’s schedule suggests he can continue bringing in returns in short-term as well. According to the Fixtures Difficulty Ratings (FDR), four of their next four matches score just two.
