Former PES player Lam has been landed a manager job of All Great Britain Team in Villa of UEFA Nations League side on a zero-hour contract deal.
Lam, played over hundred times by England in PES series, won the World Cup with players in golden generation. He will take his first steps into iFM by drafting the new All GB Team in Villa.
“I ‘ve always wanted to manage a team with a Football back home heritage, so this is a huge opportunity,” he spoke to _connect Sport editor-in-chief.
The next step for the England fan, Lam is clear and he has time on his side, although not everything had gone to plan.
Asked whether he was relieved to see Jack give a committed score-statesment following his difficult week, Lam said, “It wasn’t about getting a response, I knew with the form he got in here he should be replaced.
“I had a decision about whether to draft Jack, but once he started coming under fire from all directions it wasn’t a difficult decision.
“The most important job for me is to select the players in this team in iFM.”
